Description
This is the fruit of one of our local collaboration projects. This idea came to us after having met the OPYOS team and after a close friend suggested the combination of Gin and bergamote. So we then brewed a bergamote “Ambrée” that we fermented and added to Luxembourgish Oak barrels that contained OPYOS gin inside. The result is a delicious full bodied 11,5% ABV barrel aged Ambrée.
